Driving Growth and Innovation: My Role as Head of Startup & Developer Ecosystem at IBM Israel

As the Head of Startup & Developer Ecosystem at IBM Israel, I managed a team of sales, tech experts, business development, marketing, and program managers with the mission to build and execute IBM's relationships with key Israeli startups, ISVs, VCs, accelerators, and other ecosystem players. Beyond my responsibilities for the IBM AlphaZone Accelerator, I led IBM's relationships with Israeli VCs, Israel Innovation Authority, communities, accelerators, incubators, and the local ecosystem. I also led IBM cooperation with Israeli academic institutions. Finally, I oversaw the development of the IBM Israel developers' community; organized meetups, hackathons, challenges, and large community events.
